You can now find us at 1615 E Second St, Reno, NV 89502. We’re just two exits north of our old spot on Highway 395. Take the Glendale / Second Street exit, head west on Second St, and look for the white building on your right.
Our new space is a little more compact—a change that helps us run more sustainably—but we can still make room for big rigs! If you’re coming in an RV, box truck, or towing a trailer, here’s what to know:
Big vehicles welcome: We can fit up to two RVs or box trucks at a time, including rigs up to 36 feet long (and sometimes even longer during slower times).
Trailers welcome: There’s no pull-through, but trailers are okay as long as you can safely maneuver the lot. Up to 36 feet works just fine.
How to park: Pull straight into the lot and drive all the way back, lining up with your nose to the white shipping container. Park next to and parallel with the vending machines, but leave enough room in front of them for bottle fills. Make sure there’s space beside you so a second RV or truck can fit. This will keep the front parking spots open for your fellow burners arriving in cars.
No lines: If the large-vehicle spots are full, just stop by and we’ll take your name. We’ll call you when it’s your turn.

24/7 Self-Fill Stations: Bring your own containers (up to 5-gallon jugs or 7-gallon Reliance cubes) and fill anytime at our outdoor vending machines. Choose Alkaline or Purified Water. Note: We do not have a washing station—please scrub bottles in advance.
Pre-Order for Peace of Mind: Order bottles or drums ahead of time and we’ll have everything waiting for you when you arrive.

Tap Water: $0.40/gal
Purified Water: $0.50/gal
Alkaline Water: $1.50/gal
How Much Water Do You Need? Burning Man recommends a minimum of 1.5 gallons per person, per day. Many Burners bring 2+ gallons/day to be safe.
Hose Fills: Our hoses average 5 gallons per minute. Give yourself 1–2 hours for large fills.
Have your vehicle ready to fill.
For drum pickup: clear a path to your predetermined drum location so we can load and fill in place.
Place drums over or in front of your rear axle for balance—they’re heavy and can tip your rig (even big trucks!).
RVs: Know where your water inlet is, and double-check your drains are closed.
