Purified Drinking Water
1-5 Parts Per Million – Exceptionally Pure Water
We rigorously maintain our state-of-the-art filtration equipment to achieve strict standards of quality.
Our water is exceptionally low at 1ppm – 5ppm in Total Dissolved Solids, an important measure of water purity.
We use refillable BPA-free plastic bottles to reduce the amount of discarded plastic in our landfills and oceans.
Produced locally, our water eliminates the need for middlemen, reducing costs and transportation waste.
Our purified water is sourced from the local municipal watershed in Northern Nevada and processed through a 7-stage filtration system.
This system removes chlorine, bacteria, heavy metals, and other common contaminants to produce consistently clean purified drinking water.
Because we source and process locally, we reduce transportation needs and avoid long storage times in plastic containers. This helps maintain freshness and reduces environmental impact.
Our purified water is maintained at extremely low total dissolved solids (1–5 ppm), making it comparable to distilled water in purity.
We test our water daily to ensure consistent quality.
We encourage the use of refillable BPA-free bottles and reusable delivery containers.
This helps reduce single-use plastic waste and supports a more sustainable way to access drinking water.
We provide home and office water delivery throughout Reno, Sparks, and Carson City.

PPM (parts per million) measures dissolved substances in water. Our purified water is typically 1–5 ppm, meaning it contains extremely low levels of impurities.
Our Purified Water pH varies, typically testing at an average of 6.5 – 7.5 pH.
We do not. However, because our purified water is extremely low in total dissolved solids (1–5 ppm), many customers use it in place of distilled water for a wide range of everyday applications, including:
In most cases, purified water can be used interchangeably with distilled water for non-laboratory applications.
If your equipment specifically requires distilled water, we always recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions. However, for most household, automotive, and maintenance uses, our purified water performs the same function due to its very low mineral content.
It is not intended for precise laboratory or industrial processes that require certified distilled or deionized water.
This varies depending on body size, activity level, and environment.
The aggregate filter cleans sediment down to 30 microns in size, which is basically “floaties” – soil, rocks, etc.
The Maxi-Carbon filter removes Chlorine, VOC’s, Pharmaceuticals, and Pesticides.
The 5-Micron Mesh filter removes particulate matter smaller that 5 microns in size, and is employed after the first two stages of filtration have removed larger particles.
Reverse Osmosis, often simply referred to as “RO”, is a process where high pressure is employed to force water through a very fine membrane. This separates dissolved solids, such as salt, from water.
Before serving, purified water is kept in a sterilized environment continuously pumped with ozone gas, which kills bacteria, viruses, fungus, and mold, and oxygenates the water for a period of time.
Post-Carbon filtration is a redundancy filter, employed just before serving, that is used to guarantee purity.
Ultra-Violet light, usually referred to as “UV”, neutralizes micro-organisms. It is the final step that your water goes through just before it is dispensed into your container.
